Vehicles with “available now” label are physically owned by Kora. You can see and examine the car in person or request a detailed video or photo review. Some cars displayed on Kora are available via preorder only – in this case, Kora guarantees to bring you the exact model with the exact specs you see on display. 

If you decide to purchase one of the vehicles that we have in stock, we will deliver it to any part of EU within 2 weeks from the purchase date. You will get your car, digital and physical copy of all documents and a little gift from Kora.

If you purchase a vehicle via preorder, you will receive your new car in 60 to 90 days. Kora technicians and agents will handle shipment, customs, registration and delivery, so that you get your dream car exactly at predetermined price.

Kora takes 70% deposit for the car upfront and proceeds with the import once the payment is made. Customer can refuse the car and receive a full refund in case of vehicle being in unsatisfactory condition upon arrival. Shipment and registration of a vehicle takes anywhere between 60 to 90 days. Your rights and deposit are protected by a contract that is signed at the beginning of your work with Kora.

Kora is a registered company and all your relationships with us are legally binding. When purchasing a car in stock, you will get all import documents, EC Certificate of Conformity, circulation permit and registration data for the vehicle. When preordering, your deposit will be protected by a two-sided agreement.

We thoroughly check car VIN numbers to make sure that the cars have never been involved in an accident or stolen. When buying a car with Kora, you can rest assured that you get a new car in perfect condition and you are legally protected against any incidents. 

Kora values customer satisfaction. This is why every vehicle we bring comes with a Kora Verified badge. It means that the vehicle is brand new, has no cosmetic, structural or mechanical damages and has never been involved in an accident. We do provide additional photos and videos of cars upon customer’s request.
